Responsible for Global Teams' Development and Finance, Caroline is based in our
North Carolina office. She brings with her career experience from retail and marketing
sales and she is an experienced office administrator.
Involved with Global Teams since 1988, Caroline says that it wasn't until 1989 on a
team retreat that she met Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
"I grew up in the church and thought I had it. I knew the Bible up one side and
down the other, had gone through confirmation class, prayed and did all the things a
Christian is supposed to do. But there was something missing. It was that night when I met
Jesus personally. The Lord spoke to me and said that He wanted me to have a heart for
people in churches who think they have it and don't."
Outside of Global Teams, she is actively involved in her local church
where she is a lay speaker and involved in its youth ministry.
